Thank you for completing the 4 modules of the Mindovergut.com IBS resilience program.

After you have complete the practice activities for Module 4, and are ready to start Module 5:

Before you can access Module 5 you must complete the post-intervention questionnaire.

At the end of the completed questionnaire, you will be provided with a passcode which will give you access to Module 5.
